Tyler (they/she) is an AmSAT certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, with over 1600 hours of training. Since 2023, Tyler has been dedicated to helping clients bridge the connection between thought and action, guiding them to recognize and release subconscious limiting beliefs that manifest both physically and mentally. Through this process, Tyler supports clients in the decolonization of these beliefs, fostering greater self-awareness and freedom.
The Alexander Technique is a method of profound personal transformation, encouraging individuals to tap into the full spectrum of human expression and authenticity. Tyler’s approach empowers students to embrace their beauty, strength, and vulnerability with courage, creating a safe space where they can move beyond self-doubt and into their true, confident selves.

I’m a facilitator, musician and philosopher-bard with a love and reverence for inquiry, imagination, and awakening. I’ve trained as a mindfulness teacher in the Buddhist insight meditation tradition and worked for many years as a plant medicine facilitator & ceremonial musician.
Whatever the modality, I approach the cultivation of awareness with a spirit of inquiry into what is true, good and beautiful. The integration and preparation support I offer draws upon a deep practice of mindfulness and insight meditation, with a rich knowledge of the transpersonal terrain and the world's wisdom traditions. I love to work with clients who are motivated to seek authenticity through aligning intellect, heart and body, and who are willing to explore deeply, widely and radically the things that really matter in life - love, honesty and beauty.

About me:
I am apprenticing with the Shipio-Conibo wisdom keepers, Don Kesten Rono & Don Rono Ronin, on Ayahuasca Curanderismo, since late 2019. I am immersed in the Yogic & Tantric Sciences my entire life due to my upbringing in South India. My understanding and exploration of my individual and our collective consciousness comes from a weaving of both Ayahuasca sciences and Yogic sciences. My services to the human collective arises from the intersection and integration of a plethora of modalities, tools, ideas, thoughts and inquiries that have assisted me greatly in my own integration process of both psychedelic and transcendental experiences. I teach the modalities & tools mentioned above in various capacities, both online and offline. My passion for bridging Spirituality and Science, the right and the left brain hemispheres is fueled by my shamanistic and ritualistic upbringing in a Hindu household, and my scientific training in Civil Engineering and Geophysics. I hold a PhD in Geosciences and a Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy.
