Framework

All the insight and guidance you need for healing already exists within you, even if it isn’t fully visible yet. Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and carefully chosen exercises, we connect with what truly matters for your healing and growth.

Our work supports both your personality and your deeper sense of being. We help you understand patterns that feel stuck or painful, build resilience, and develop the ability to relate to yourself and others in healthier, more satisfying ways.

By increasing self-awareness and presence, you gain clarity about your needs and boundaries, experience greater inner calm, and strengthen your capacity to navigate life’s challenges. You’ll feel more grounded, empowered, and free to explore new possibilities, with space for growth, insight, and self-expression.

Drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, we tailor every step to your unique needs, creating a personalized path toward lasting change and well-being.

At Entheotherapy, we work as a collective. We are not only trauma-informed, but trauma-integrated. We worship consent, we thrive in mutual respect, and we nourish each other through kindness, authentic relating and understanding. We co-create uniquely bespoke care plans to take care of your needs as a human being.

In our first session, we’ll explore what is most important to you and, together, create a treatment plan that supports you in reaching your goals

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

It is a therapeutic approach that explores the deeper layers of the mind—such as unconscious thoughts, emotions, dreams, and patterns shaped by past experiences. By bringing these hidden dynamics into awareness within a safe therapeutic relationship, it helps create lasting change, greater self-understanding, and more freedom in how you live and relate to others

Jungian Psychology

It explores not only your personal story but also the collective unconscious—the symbols, myths, and archetypes shared across cultures since the dawn of time. Through dreamwork, shadow work, and exploring these deeper layers of the psyche, this approach helps you uncover hidden aspects of yourself, connect with universal stories, and move toward greater balance, meaning, and wholeness

Hypnotherapy

Is a gentle way of entering a state of focused awareness where the conscious mind softens and the imagination opens. In this space, we can work with inner images, stories, and symbols that shape your life—much like the myths and dreams shared across cultures. By engaging the subconscious through this creative process, hypnotherapy supports healing, transformation, and the discovery of new possibilities within yourself.

Mindfulness

Cultivates ways of returning to the present moment, to the simple rhythm of breath and being. By cultivating awareness and compassion, it allows you to meet yourself more fully, to soften the grip of old stories, and to find stillness in the midst of life’s movement. In this quiet space, new possibilities for healing and meaning can unfold.

Inner Child Work

This framework invites you to meet the child within—the part of you that holds memories, emotions, and stories from your earliest experiences. By listening, comforting, and integrating this inner presence, you can heal old wounds, reclaim lost parts of yourself, and open to greater creativity, joy, and wholeness.

Somatic Approaches

Somatic therapy invites you to listen to the wisdom of your body—the subtle sensations, rhythms, and movements that carry your life story. By engaging with the body in a mindful and compassionate way, you can release old patterns, integrate emotions held in tissue and posture, and reconnect with your innate vitality, grounding, and inner aliveness. It has become one of the main techniques to support human beings in their path towards thriving.

Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is a gentle approach that helps you become aware of your posture, movement, and habits, while reconnecting with the natural intelligence of your body. By learning to move with ease and balance, you can release tension, restore alignment, and bring greater comfort, presence, and freedom—both physically and energetically—into your daily life.

Polyvagal Theory

Polyvagal Theory helps us understand how our nervous system shapes the way we feel, respond, and connect. By exploring how states of safety, alertness, and stress are held in the body, you can learn to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and build a deeper sense of calm, connection, and resilience. This approach helps you feel more at home in your body and more present in your life. It has become increasingly used in supporting those who have undergone trauma.

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration

Psychedelic preparation and integration provide essential support for anyone navigating altered states of consciousness. Preparation helps build trust, clarify intentions, and offer tools to regulate the nervous system, while integration gives a unique opportunity to bridge the conscious and subconscious, making sense of the deep shifts in mind, body, and soul. Integration is an essential tool to support challenging journeys and to truly bridge the state experience of psychedelics into lasting, meaningful change. By engaging imagination, creativity, and play, we can explore inner worlds, decode symbols, process emotions, and weave insights.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful way to connect with your body, mind, and emotions through the conscious use of the breath. By tuning into your breathing patterns, you can release tension, access deeper states of awareness, and process stored emotions. Breathwork can awaken creativity, unlock inner insights, and support healing by helping you integrate physical sensations, emotional experiences, and subconscious material into a greater sense of presence, clarity, and well-being.
